What does Nomad Full Management include?
Revenue management, listings, bookings, guest communication and local operational coordination, with owner reporting.
Is revenue management included?
Yes. Market analysis, dynamic pricing and commercial optimisation are integral to full management.
What is the fee?
Nomad Full Management: 20% of accommodation revenue net of platform commissions. Airbnb, Booking.com and other platform commissions and service fees are deducted before the calculation. With no booking, there is no Nomad Living commission.
Are cleaning and repairs included?
Coordination is included. Cleaning, laundry, repairs and consumables are charged separately.
Can I delegate from abroad?
Yes. Our team coordinates operations in Marrakech. We agree on reporting and communication so you can follow your property from abroad.
