Who is Nomad Performance for?
Apartment and villa owners who already have local operations and want a revenue management team to handle their commercial strategy.
What do you manage?
Positioning analysis, pricing, the calendar, listing optimisation, distribution, all guest messaging before, during and after the stay, and commercial performance monitoring.
What is the fee?
Nomad Performance: 10% of accommodation revenue net of platform commissions. Airbnb, Booking.com and other platform commissions and service fees are deducted before the calculation. With no booking, there is no Nomad Living commission.
Do I keep my own team?
Yes. You keep cleaning, linen, in-person arrivals, maintenance and on-site daily operations. We manage the commercial strategy and all guest messaging remotely.
How do you set prices?
Our decisions draw on supply, demand, seasonality and market analysis. Rates and the calendar are adjusted as part of an ongoing strategy.
