1. Booking & Payment

All reservations must be completed through a secure platform, including Airbnb, Booking.com, or our official website.

Payment terms depend on the platform used and may include full prepayment or deposit.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00, with self check-in available 24/7
• Check-out: before 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability and prior written confirmation.

3. Use of the Property

• The apartment is intended for residential use only
• The number of guests must match the reservation
• Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited
• External visitors are not permitted unless approved in advance

4. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment in good condition throughout their stay.

Any issue, damage, breakage, or incident must be reported immediately.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged where applicable.

5. Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Nomad Living is not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Incidents occurring outside the property
• Misuse of appliances, equipment, furniture, or access systems

6. Safety & Compliance

• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors
• Guests must respect building rules and quiet hours
• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved before booking
• The property must not be used for illegal, unsafe, or disruptive activities

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies follow the terms selected at the time of booking and the rules of the booking platform used.

No refund will be issued outside the platform's established rules unless expressly agreed in writing.

Early departures are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the applicable booking policy.

8. Privacy

Personal information is used solely to manage your reservation, check-in, and communication during your stay. Data may be shared only where required for platform functionality, safety, or legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
