To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow a few simple guidelines.

Our apartments are part of a premium residential environment, and we aim to preserve the comfort, privacy, and tranquility of our neighbours as well as yours.

Respect the Space

Our apartments are designed for comfort and relaxation. Please treat the space, furniture, linens, décor, and equipment with care.

Registered Guests Only

Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to access the property. External visitors are not permitted unless approved in advance.

No Parties or Events

Parties, gatherings, events, and unauthorized group activities are strictly prohibited. Our apartments are designed for calm, residential stays — not for gatherings.

Quiet Hours

Please respect the residence and neighbours. Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 08:00.

No Smoking Indoors

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A cleaning fee may apply if this rule is violated.

Pets

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved before booking.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in is available from 15:00
  • Self check-in is available 24/7 through a secure key box
  • Check-out must be completed before 11:00 unless otherwise agreed in writing

Cleanliness

Guests are expected to keep the apartment reasonably clean and in good condition throughout their stay.

Damage or Issues

Any issue, damage, or breakage should be reported immediately so we can assist promptly.
