Pricing transparency
How is our commission calculated?
Commission calculated on the generated accommodation revenue, excluding cleaning fees, city tax, security deposits and refunds, before Airbnb, Booking or other distribution channel commissions. Displayed percentages are exclusive of VAT; applicable VAT is added to Nomad Living's management fees.
No booking = no commission.

Airbnb and Booking commissions are calculated separately by these platforms and are not part of our commission base. Applicable VAT is added to our management fees.
