If cleaning, arrivals and maintenance already run well, you may not need to replace your local operation. Nomad Performance lets you delegate commercial management while keeping your own team.

The commission is 10% of revenue after platform commissions. To also delegate daily management and local coordination, Nomad Full Management is priced at 20%, using the same calculation basis.
