Keep space for your own stays

Planning to enjoy the villa yourself? Personal dates should be part of the plan from the start. The commercial calendar is built around the periods you actually want to make available.

Preparing for an owner’s arrival, welcoming guests and closing the property between letting periods can require different work. Defining these situations makes it easier to agree on useful services and their cost.

Agree on care for outdoor spaces and equipment

A villa may need specific care for a garden, pool or outdoor equipment. Where relevant, those needs are reviewed alongside the service providers available. Responsibilities, visit frequency and spending approvals should be clear before management begins.

Coordination does not mean every service is included in the management commission. Cleaning and laundry, maintenance, repairs and consumables remain separate expense categories.
